WI-FI is available at the venue.

Cancellations: Payment will still be required unless cancellation is received by e-mail by 2 October 2008.

Event Content:
This exhibition proves to get more popular every year and there is always a waiting list for stands. Taking place on two floors at Norwich City Football Club with over 80 stands, the event is open to all businesses to exhibit and attend. However Chamber Members can enjoy discounted stand rates, with further savings to be made for early bookings.

Marketing and PR

• An extensive marketing and PR campaign will create awareness to the event, including television advertising and local and regional media.
• An event supplement will be produced and exhibitors will have an opportunity to take advertising space within the supplement. We must receive your stand booking by 22 August to ensure inclusion in the event supplement
• The supplement will be circulated via a mail shot and will also be given out to visitors.
• Event website continually updated listing exhibitors names

Pre event – Exhibitor Workshop
On booking your stand space you will be invited to attend a FREE exhibitor’s workshop. This is a must for exhibitors as it will offer advice and tips on the do’s and don’ts of exhibiting which will help you to maximise your investment.

Supporting Local Businesses
As part of the event, exhibitors will be invited to offer exclusive promotions only available on the day to visitors. These promotions will be featured in our pre-event publicity, time and space permitting.
